Can you recommend a SPF make up/moisturiser?

I've been diagnosed with a basal cell carcinoma on my face and need to look into protection but I don't really know what I need. A moisturiser? Foundation? Tinted moisturiser? Primer? The choices seem endless. All I know is that I want something lightweight, good for sensitive skin that is prone to dryness. Tell me what I need please!

I have done researches and finalized a routine for my dry skin finally. Here is my routine that I follow:
Morning:
Using water to wash your face,
Sebamed clear face gel,
Garnier spf
Evening:
Cerave moisturizer,
Started with Tretinoin (0.025) from skinorac
Sebamed clear facial gel

I use my normal moisturiser, this SPF, and then my usual make up:

La Roche Posay antihelios uvmume invisible ultra light fluid 👌

Definitely use a SPF of 50 as your last step. For dry skin I find the range by CeraVe excellent so the cleanser and moisturising cream. DH had an extensive BCC removed by MOHS surgery and finds the SPF50 by Biore, the watery essence version, effective.

Thank you for your comments. I have ordered the La Roche-Posey but will try the Biore if I don't get on with it (was put off by the comments saying it is scented).

La Roche Posay anthelios UVmune spf50+ fluid is very lightweight and great under makeup.

However it has alcohol in it and can be quite drying - I usually add a bit of moisturiser (makes it easier to spread).

It’s always better to gave a separate spf under make up - even a foundation that claims to have sfp50+, you would need to trowel it on to get that much protection.
