Best habit trackers?

The heat wave and then the summer holidays have thrown all of my good habits out of the window and I need to get back on track with everything - exercise, nutrition and self care. To be honest, even before the heat wave it wasn’t great as I haven’t done regular exercise for about a year. I strongly suspect I have ADHD & struggle with routines and get bored easily but I also know I used to be able to do these things so I should be able to get back into it again. I’m thinking that having something to “tick off” might help or goals to achieve or whatever.
I’m using Nutricheck for food and can use it to record exercise but it’s retrospective rather than giving me a target or a goal.
As well as exercise, initially want something which will I can tick off when I have done basic things like moisturised in the morning, taken my make off at night, done some stretching, gone outside & got some fresh air & those sorts of things. Tracking weekly things like using my Philips Lumea, looking after my nails and things would also be good.
Does this sort of thing exist? If not, I’m sure wondering it Chat GPT can create something.
I have an iPhone and an Apple Watch if that makes a difference

Following with interest, ChatGPT might well be able to sort something. I tried bullet journaling back in the days but also suspect I have adhd and couldn’t manage to keep it up.

I take quite a few supplements and need to track that.

I’ve used one in the past that’s literally called “Habit”, the free version lets you set 3 habits, for more than that there’s a subscription version. You can set the frequency of how many times per week you want to aim for, and have it send reminders if you want.

There is an app called Finch. Whilst I think its primary function is to support young people with mental health challenges, I find it great for habit tracking.

so with Finch even with the free version you can set the frequency of the habits you want to track and have as many habits as you want. There is also the ‘fun’ element of getting rewards for ticking off your habits which you can use to ‘buy’ clothes, accessories, furniture, etc for your ‘character’. If you need extra encouragement you can have friends on the app who will support you. I started it to support my teenager with ADHD but have got rather addicted myself!

Finch app is brilliant. I started for reminders for house stuff (remember to water plants, put bins out, change bedding etc), but then added in daily meds, whiten teeth, etc. I've not missed my HRT for 35 days now and I was terrible for forgetting to do it before Finch.

I am loving the idea of Finch. It is just the sort of thing I was looking for and had no idea it existed. I am gradually putting a list together of all of the stuff I need to include on it and then, from the beginning of term, a new me will appear!
