Help, my face looks ancient!

I've always had pretty good skin but aging, illness and stress have taken a big toll lately. I've slapped creams on sporadically. Apart from a face lift, is there anything I can do to make it look a bit better, any potions or gadgets! I have horrible jowls and lower face wrinkling and sagginess. I'm not averse to a bit of subtle tweakment or Botox. Thank you all!

Me too. I think the answer is Botox, subtle cheek fillers and something called Profhilo but finances don't allow for it for me at the moment

Thank you, I've seen Profhilo mentioned on here before. How do you find a reputable practitioner or aestheticisian or whatever they are called? Is it quite expensive?

Just looked it up, wow, yes quite expensive & there's a salon near me offering all sorts of aesthetics including Profhilo!

I have botox in the upper half of my face, but I've been told by the prescriber that it won't do anything for my lower face.

I use castor oil as a moisturiser at night, which is extremely moisturising and referred to as "nature's botox".

I'm 41, but will definitely get a face lift when I'm in my 50s - a one and done.

Sadie nardini face hitt yoga facial message release lymphatic drainage massage enough protein ( protien is like a full time job but lack of it makes us sag) get hormones checked.

The lower half of your face is so much trickier, onece the jowls have started to form. You could try some filler around the marionette lines to remove some of the deepness to give the illusion of less jowls, as well as some cheek filler to lift them slightly (won’t get rid of them and be careful not to over fill). Botox will freeze any wrinkles do good for forehead and crows feet. I’m 42 and I feel my face has become my full time job I’ve always been a skincare fanatic as well as taking collagen supplements but I can see my face starting to fall now so I’m trying to stop it in its tracks.

depending on how ‘far gone’ your jowl area is you can try Masseter Botox in the jaw line to create a more v shape jawline.

also try looking for a HIFU facelift in
your area for lifting and tightening of skin by producing more collagen,
