Rosacea, enlarged pores & milia

I have enlarged pores caused by rosacea so have been using very gentle products on my skin. I now have a patch of milia on my cheekbone. What can I use to get rid of these that won't exacerbate the rosacea.
The enlarged pores are worse on the T zone than near the milia, so hopefully I can use something just on the milia.

I believe azelaic acid is good for rosacea, I use it for other reasons, and it doesn’t cause milia on me. You can’t shrink pores but Benefit Porefessional is good for disguising them. I removed my Milia that developed after using a face oil by stabbing them with a scalpel and squeezing them out with tweezers. I never found any product that removed them, despite glycolic toner and salicylic acid being recommended for them.

Milia, if thats definitely what they are need physical removal, so you would need to go to see a professional.

Honestly, as someone who has spent so much time and money dealing with my rosacea. Get yourself some Soolantra (online pharmacies) and consider having laser treatment for it. Its expensive but has ultimately saved me money and I feel so much better. The rosacea will be significantly contributing to the enlarged pores.

@RubyGemStone I went to see a fancy London dermatologist who put me on isotretinoin which cost a fortune, dried me to a crisp and did nothing for the pores. ☹️
So I went to see another who recommended laser, but it also costs a fortune and he said it only had 80% success rate. So I gave up. ☹️
I don't particularly have other rosacea symptoms - my skin is reactive to heat/cold/etc - but that's it apart from the pores. Do you think soolantra will help?

@JealousyIsADisease my pores swallow Porefessional within minutes. 😭
I'll try azelaic acid again.
