Soft powdery perfume suggestions

could anyone suggest any I might like if my “ signature scent” is YSL LIBRE which is light and mainly citrusy
id like to put one on my Christmas ideas list for my sons to buy for me

What kind of ‘powdery’ do you want? Baby powder (yuck) or lipstick old makeup powder puff type powder smell?

If the last, tell me if you find one! I continue to search for a non sweet fragrance with the beautiful powdery end notes/ trail of L’interdit ( hate the opening notes) or La vie est belle ( far too sweet on me).

I do love Massimo Dutti’s Soufflé Marais but it’s not quite ‘the one’. I’ve been told some Miller Harris perfumes are ‘powdery’ especially Lipstick Rose but last time I was in a MH store, they didn’t have any samples of that one to hand.

I’ve tried nearly all the fragrances cited above and they are not ‘the powdery’ I’m looking for. Hope you find something - please do share if you do.

Mitsouko is quite powdery but makes me feel queasy. It smells like peaches to me.

Frederic Malle L'hiver is lovely and powdery but is ££££ and not overly strong.

I have ordered samples of the Narciso Rodriguez Pure Musc and Rose Musc and Prada paradox so far.

My mil wears Chanel no5 and that’s extremely powdery.

Penhaligon’s Artemisia smells beautifully soft and powdery on me

Have you tried the red cube Narciso (Rouge)? For me that’s an old lipstick smell, it’s actually the one I prefer over the other powdery NRs.

also: Retrospect by Merit, and Margiela ‘Lipstick On’ might be worth a try for you.

I love powdery perfumes and recently got a sample of Powder Ballad by the Saltworks. Absolutely adore it but it’s sold out right now.

I have worn Prada iris infusion for years, love the powdery soft smell. I also like molecule 1 but I think this is a more masculine smell.

Thought of another one Mon Guerlain . Very powdery but subtle the intense version I haven’t tried .

Old fashioned and you’d need to source vintage bottles, but original Tweed is powdery, but more an autumn scent.

To me it smells like the retro Men’s Aftershave Brut. I like it.
