Gentle blusher for a 10yo with sensitive skin

DD1 is 10yo and starting to get really into her drama. She is now part of a local club that does quite high-quality productions, with their own photo shoots, all day rehearsals etc.

As part of dress rehearsals and for shows, she is expected to arrive fully made up. For eye make up, we raid my bag - but she needs to have blusher too, and I don't wear that.

She has sensitive skin so keen to find her something that's bold enough colour wise to stand out on stage, enough staying power for 4h of rehearsal and performance, but also gentle enough for a child's skin.

Any recommendations??

I use Westman atelier blusher it’s never broken me out but it’s a bit expensive for a 10 yr old! Maybe rare beauty? They’re really really high pigment so she would need literally one dot on each cheek and it will last ages. I’m not kidding when I say you need one dot. Have a look on TikTok for it.

Nyx do good blusher sticks which don't break me out at all.
If you're looking for powder then that MUA brand in superdrug are well pigmented and v cheap.

Lipstick? Works brilliantly.

Thanks! @myplace I did think about lipstick but worried it would.clog up her pores or feel "claggy"

Dd has severe atopic eczema, we used Nella products wheen she was younger for her dance shows/comps but she is 12 now and wants to be seen to be "cool" so she has BarryM lip & cheek tint, you need an absolutely tiny amount but it gives a great colour and it really light. The fact its a liquid means it doesn't dry her skin out either.

She is also fine with my Nars blusher (although was grounded for stealing it 🤣🤣)

I would use lipstick as surely it won't take much unless she wants to look like Aunt Sally.

I have to be careful with makeup as I’ve skin prone to eczema
Clinique chubby stick which you can use a tiny spot on lips and cheeks

Great ideas - might try BarryM first.....
