Shedding, meno hair- shampoo recs please

Thread title says it all! My hair is a mess - it’s frizzy and straw like and, to add insult to injury, is shedding lots. Haidresser suggested a thickening shampoo but I’m being drawn in by bloody Instagram and have browers open for Cornish Seaweed Bath Co, Champo, Kerastase etc etc. Anyone used any, recommend or don’t waste your money. Not needing Minodoxil or anything like that but just something to improve condition of hair. Thanks.

I use the Cornish Seaweed Company shampoo and conditioner and my hair has definitely stopped shedding. It does take a little while to get used to as it’s very different from usual shampoo but it’s worth persevering with. My fingers used to be covered in hair every time I washed my hair, now I barely shed any hair. I also use UK Hair serum. I tried the eyelash and eyebrow serums first and they worked really well so I was hopeful that the hair serum would work too. I’m pleased to report that it does! Even my hairdresser has been impressed with the results. I’ve got loads of new growth coming through.
