Bikini or cossie for a large chested 14 year old

As the title says really. She is a curvy size 12 so needs some fuller coverage on the bum too. Boobs I think are a D (bigger than mine have ever been!). I tried some from Superdry and the one with a decent sized bum half wasn't big enough for the boobs. A size up wouldn't work though as then it wouldn't fit through the back.

She also needs something to hold her in, because she isn't a dainty, posing round the beach type - more a leaping, running, jumping all over the place (as she should be!)

I need urgent help as running out of time till holiday and last year's definitely won't fit!!

You need to get her properly measured and fitted. As a fellow large bust lady, you need good support otherwise you get pain and discomfort.

My DD (11) is getting conscious of her body and didn't want a bikini this year.

We looked on Amazon and got 3 tankinis which are lovely on her! Inbuilt bra support and boy shorts style bottoms.

2 of them came with a normal bikini bottom as well as the shorts.

And yes go to a lingerie shop and get her measured. I used to be a bra fitter and it's amazing how wrong you can get it at home. Plus the brands all come up big/small so you need help from someone who knows their stock 👍

I thought I was a D cup and went to Bravissimo and came out a G cup. She needs to be measured properly and get proper size support.
I recommend Lands End tugless and their tankinis too

This! D really isn't that big. A lot of women who consider themselves small breasted will have D cups without realising because they can get away with being comfortable in a bra that's not technically the right size.

DD used to get hers from Boux Aevenue, or Hollister. Mix and match is the way to go, and try finding tie backs, halters, and tie sides, as they are much more forgiving and size flexible than fixed fastenings.
