Ladies, I need help, my postnatal and BF boob's are a sad sight. I'm about a 32C but they are droopy and lacking shape, they've lost their "umph"

I need a bra that has no underwire but provides some shape and support. Bonus points if isn't completely ugly. I bought some from Lemonade on a recommendation but they provide no shape and I look completely flat chested so they are going back.

I'd love some recommendations...

T shirt bras are good for that. Moulded ones they even make my boobs in my 60s look great under clothes.

Big supermarkets are surprisingly good for this kind of situation - they are cheapish so you can try a few styles. Yes to molded t shirt bras, but don’t dismiss underwire.

You could going a band size down and a cup size up, so 32C would become 30D, or 30DD.

I thought I was 34B, now I wear 32DD, or 30E.

Measure yourself with the A bra that fits calculator, your be surprised at what size comes out. You do really need a wired bra for support, lift and shape, also t shirt bras are notoriously hard to find a perfect fit in. Try a Panache envy balcony bra.
