This Raincoat looks nothing like the photos on me!

Sooooo, I fell in love with this particular raincoat.
The sun and the rain- oh..so pretty…
It arrived now and I look like a cocoon in it, it’s long and baggy and looks nothing like in those pics!!
I would not dare to leave a house in it, so it will be probably returned tomorrow..
i feel so cheated..
Any opinions? Do you like it or perhaps even have it?

What a shame , it looks lovely! Could you maybe leave a review (after returning it!) I'm sure others would be glad of your opinion.

Just read the reviews on the Next site. Mainly good reviews, maybe it's more suited to taller ladies? I see a few saying it's quite long.

How tall are you OP? Models are usually 5'10" plus.

Have you got the right size. Some of my clothes are 14 others 12 or even 10. How about a smaller size.

I’m size 14 and I got size 16 as I wanted it a bit loose to put clothes underneath in the autumn. I’m quite short, 5.3…maybe that’s why..
But I always got coats from joules a one size bigger and this is disappointing..

Also it’s sold out everywhere anyway, I would probably get sz 14 but not available, I haven’t even bought it from joules but from different online shop.

This is stunning coat. I have seen it on someone the other day and I was thinking ohhh I want it too.
Maybe it is just a wrong size, it says relaxed style, maybe you should get sz 12 for more fitted. If you are 14 and bought sz 16 and its supposed to relaxed, then you got a wrong size hence long and baggy.

I buy joules coats for ever and this is for the first time like this. I prefer a size up as more space for jumper etc..and they only had s16 left anyway.

I decided to return it sadly, it just looks ridiculous on me.
I absolutely love floral prints, all my stuff is floral etc but this is hard core floral for me. I look very weird in it, it’s beautiful and very bright but I’m just wrapped in it and not in a good way..
I checked and it’s sold out everywhere which speaks volume how beautiful it is.
will I regret sending it back???

I’m on it already, I paid £57 for it so not so cheap either..
I do like it but it’s just too long on me, which is also good as I won’t get wet…ohh God!
I can’t ever decide! I buy stuff only to return and then I re buy again as instantly regret selling it.

Oh God. This reminds me of the time I bought a “stylish” leopard print raincoat for a weekend in Rome. Part of a capsule wardrobe in brown, beige and pink. I was truly the worst dressed person in the city, perfectly illustrating the Brits dont know how to dress tradition. And of course it rained all weekend.

It’s actually a gorgeous Mac OP, but I think you will find it doesn’t look good in the rain. Sorry.

Can you size down if it feels too sack like?

It doesn't look as bad as you may think but it does look slightly bigger and longer on you than on the model

There was one few years ago, I was looking at it too but I never bought..
I also had green leopard too but I just couldn’t wear it, too bright and in your face lol!

No smaller sizes left, I got 16 as I’m sz 14, it’s sold out everywhere, I’m lurking on a websites checking if someone returns one.. I think size down would be better as probably few inch shorter..

I like it! I think it’s more practical at that length and the size doesn’t look massive on you

It's got that festival vibe in the photos but in reality it looks a bit like a dressing gown. It's the enhanced poses these models do in many cases !
