How to get rid of stretch marks on stomach?

This.
Any tips or products that anyone can recommend?
My stretch marks are from a twin pregnancy 5 years ago. I've tried various things to get rid of them but nothing works and they look hideous.
Can't wear a bikini any more and I'm going on a beach holiday in the summer.

Palmers Cocoa Butter certainly helps as a temporary measure. Makes the area look better before going to the beach.

You can’t get rid of them unfortunately. The skin is stretched. You can improve the appearance with plenty of regular moisturiser and I find fake tan helps too. Other than surgery, you’re stuck with them I’m afraid.

I’ve read that Microneedling can be effective for minimising stretch marks, I haven’t had it done but there is lots of info on the internet about it

Nobody on holiday would give you a second glance because of stretch marks. I’d say most women have that tell tale area around their belly button from pregnancy. I’m lucky enough to have them on my legs and boobs as well 🙈
The most self conscious and out of place I’ve ever felt on a beach holiday is when I turned up to a pool bar in my modest one piece. Ever other woman from small to large/young to old were wearing gorgeous trendy costumes or bikinis. I wanted to fade into the background but ended up standing out like a sore thumb.

Hey, skin therapist here! I know this question is old but if you’re still booking for solutions the most effective treatment for old stretch marks is micro needling, certain lasers and for skincare definitely Tretinoin - it is retinoid cream you will need a prescription from a doctor or dermatologist. You may not ever be able to get rid of them completely but you can certainly fade them a lot over time.

I covered mine up with tattoos.

Try thinking of them in a positive way.
Not easy but your body got them doing something amazing so be proud of them.
