Can anyone id a blouse? White with neon birds

I was at an event last week and a lady was wearing a really eye catching white blouse with embroidered neon birds. The fabric was v light. Any ideas?

Have a look at Anthropologie. Sorry not sure how to link but they have a Celandine embroidered shirt with birds down the front
