Where can I get navy blue city shorts for girls?

Looking for some practical clothes for the girls to cycle to and from school in that also fit with the smart uniform criteria. Trousers too hot!
As we're in Holland, there are none of the usual suspects for uniform. Can have things delivered to my mum in the UK and then sent over so if you know of anything that might fit the bill, please let me know. And yes, I'm afraid it does have to be navy.

Here is link to the spun-off dedicated school uniform bit of Children's Warehouse - featuring some navy corduroy culottes but also quite a lot of navy shorts - intended for boys but presumably fine for girls depending on age.

Worth clicking through from there to Children's Warehouse itself - I always like their neat, quite sober, stuff.

Land's End US do a wide rnage of mix-and-match uniform stuff but shipping (direct to Holland) is $15

Go to Belgium - much better shopping than Holland.

I buy navy clothes for my daughter for school in Bellerose (Belgian brand - they have a store in Amsterdam too) and Jacadi (stores in Brussels).

If you look here and go through the children's 2-12 collection you'll see a little girl in navy shorts, a white short sleeved collared blouse, navy shoes and a headscarf. The shorts are part of their navy school collection - my daughter has a tunic dress with same white blouse, and a straight navy skirt. There's lots of choice.
