I think they're trying to be too many styles at once.

Hmm. No. Too schoolgirl. But maybe that's what you're aiming for. Think they'd be nice in red though.

My friend said 'eewww, hideous' but completely changed her mind when I tried them on and said they looked fab. Shop girl agreed she wasn't sure until I put them on and then she thought they looked great.

wedges are a lot easier to walk in than normal high heels

They're too high. I'd prefer something that alluded to a wedge. I'd feel a bit fashionvictimy in those. And I am small, so I do like shoes that give me height. They are too exaggerated though.

I like them - but I would save £60 and head straight to A&E (cos that's where I'd end up if I wore them for more than 5 minutes)
