Getting older and losing weight, had treatments do I need

I’m about to turn 50, to date I’ve not had lots of wrinkles etc as eating lots of cakes and crisps makes a great filler.

I’ve now lost weight and have saggy, crepey skin especially around my jaw, joels and neck. I’m happy to get some proper aesthetic treatments. But no idea what I should be asking for. I’ve asked some friends locally who said not to use the local people but go to London, which is fine as I’m in the office there one day a week.

what treatments should I be asking for? Who should I use (bonus points if they are in Canary Wharf or the city)? What sort of cost will I be looking at?

I am not really sure but I have similar.

I would go for a consultation and see how you feel about what they say.

There are so many non surgical treatments around, cost a lot, promising much, with unpleasant down time, delivering little, often with no discernible difference, need top ups and don’t last long. Moisturisers will help with the crepey skin, and cheap moisturiser is just as good as the really expensive ones, contain the same ingredients. Tretionwill help too, but will take some time to show a difference. Home devices are not as strong as salon ones, but LED can be quite effective if used consistently.
Fillers will help with marionette , naso labial lines, some find Botox good ( but if your skin is really saggy and jowly only surgery will have a good result.
