I have tried Aveda products before but l have never been that impressed with them e.g. cherry flavour, a rosemary one? But lm wondering if l have gone for the wrong things? I have wavy fine hair that can be a bit dry if l am not careful. Any recommendations would be appreciated

What specific benefits are you looking for in the products? Does it have to be Aveda? The scents definitely aren’t a reason to be paying ££ for premium hair care!

I love the Aveda Shampowder, so much better than regular spray dry shampoo but otherwise it’s a brand that I don’t find overly impressive.

It might not be the brand for your hair like some people can use Pantene and have nice hair.

Agreed - my hair is so much better with Elvive shampoo and conditioner. I spent years wasting money on Olaplex, PHD, Aveda, Kerastase etc!

The benefits l am looking for are shampoo that is cleansing but not drying. The conditioner l need to be quite moisturising as my hair can easily get dry / knotty

I like Dry Remedy and the leave in conditioner for Damage Repair is good but a few years ago they did change the formulas for some of their products (think when they changed ownership) and Dry Remedy was no longer quite as good though still pretty decent. I haven’t tried all of the types though - I know there is a specific one for curly hair.
