Hi, I’m mid 40s and have just lost a chunk of weight, my face is really noticeably looking older, less volume and more sagging.

what’s the best thing to help with this, on a not lavish budget? Collagen? Cream?

Thanks

I take Absolute Collagen hydrolysed marine collagen sachets daily and they've really helped to plump my face up.
I pay approx £50 (can't remember down to the nearest pound and penny) for my monthly subscription, but there will be cheaper out there. It has been well worth it for me.
My face feels and looks a lot plumper. I've really noticed the difference around my eyes, cheekbones and at the sides of my mouth, where I was just starting to get a bit jowly.
My neck looks a little smoother and tighter too.

I can't see to be able to post a link.

Exercise and water

Mine did the same after I lost weight and I'm older than you so loss of collagen.

I had cheek filler, polynucleotides and some botox.

Face Yoga. Loads of great videos on YouTube.

Cheek fillers. It will be expensive at first but top-ups get cheaper as the lines disappear.

Protein and water - there is 0 evidence that college supplements work

I got cheek fillers. They last ages and really helped get rid of the sallow sunken look.

I agree that fillers are probably the only effective way to add volume.

There is really no evidence for taking collagen supplements - how would they know to travel to the cheeks and fill them out?!

Or just accept your slimmer face?
