I am 52 this year snd want to target:

Fine lines in forehead including 11
Sagging
Bags under eyes

Could do crowfeet and marionette lines but don’t think they are too bag

I want to look fresher, more awake, but concerned about any side effects.

Would a facial or green peeler help? Anything else?

Botox to frown (between eyes) and crows feet - not forehead for a more natural look if you don’t feel your forehead needs it/are happy with it. Cheek filler is fab can give the impression of having a slight lift to minimise appearance of sagging. Bags under eyes depends on severity of it could try polynucleotides though I don’t find they make enough of an improvement for the price of them. There’s a lovely chemical peel called BioRePeel, minimal downtime and leaves your skin lovely usually a course of 3/4 needed. Good skincare, SPF 50 daily, plenty of water and sleep also!

You won’t get much effect from facials. Botox, polynucleotides, tret will help, and medical strength peels could perhaps help a little with fine lines and discolouration.

snap! Tret and Botox changed my life lol

Botox and polynucleotides. Filler if needed. Speak to a recommended aesthetics practitioner and see what they advise. You should have a face to face consultation before booking any treatments anyway and they can tell you what you would be a suitable candidate for.

I've also had some lip filler as mine were thin and wrinkled. I don't have a massive pair of lips and they do look natural.

Also as others have said, tret and a good moisturiser.

Thank you all. Will look into the recommendations.

Any risk or side effects from those treatments!

I’d recommend going for a consultation first with a reputable practitioner - nurse/doctor/dentist etc, someone with a medical qualification. They will be able to go through all risks, side effects and be able to put together a bespoke treatment plan specifically for your needs.
There’s a website called ‘Save face’ it’s a government approved register for aesthetic practitioners, you can search by location to find someone local to you!
for the tret recommendation I use Obagi :)

Look at Rene Guinot Liftadermie if you can find an authorised Rene Guinot practitioner. Very good for sagging bit, non-invasive. Fairly expensive, though, but you could use it as a starting point and then invest in a Foreo Bear for use at home.

Tret has transformed my skin. I get mine here: https://pharmas-online.co.uk/product/tretinoin-cream-tretiheal-20g-tretinoin-cream-for-acne-treatment/

I use Dermatica for tret. It’s a subscription service. I’m a long term tret user (30 plus years) and though I wouldn’t pass for 20 years younger, my skin is great for its age. Botox is great but a short term fix whereas tret is for the long haul.
