What brands do good, comfortable walking sandals?

I have narrow feet and ankles with high instep and arches so need something with good support.
my old sandals are wearing out. Since I pretty well walk everywhere I would like a pair that can support my feet.
thanks🙂

I like Teva Hurricane, but it depends what sort of style you're looking for?

Check out Wolky - a bit expensive but all the shoes/sandals I have from them have lasted for years & are still looking/feeling great.

very comfy & designed for walking.

You can also replace the insoles

Merrell are usually pretty good.

Another vote for Teva. Brilliant walking sandals in a wide range of styles.

I've had my Merrell walking sandals for 8 years and they're still going strong. I do only really use them for actual walks and outdoorsy stuff. For more general out and about activities and a bit more style I have had a few pairs of Rieker sandals which were great. I have wide feet but expect you can get them in different styles to suit.

Thanks everyone! I have had a lot of Reiker in the past and they fit well and are comfy. I fancy trying something else - will look up all the ones you have suggested. I want some with a comfortable footbed that doesn’t get sweaty and go black!

Keen are good too. I like that they have styles with covered toes which is useful if you are walking/climbing in rocky terrain and don't want stubbed toes. Some are waterproof, so handy for river crossings, shore walks or dipping.

Another vote for Merrells!
