Dipping nail kits

I'm debating buying one of these kits. I'd appreciate any thoughts because I don't want to waste my money!

I can no longer justify (or really afford) my ÂŁ75 a month gel nail habit so I'm currently using Essie gel couture but I'd like something longer lasting.

I looked at these and had them done in a salon to see how they fared.
My issue rightly or wrongly is the removal.

However much of a shag gel nails are to remove, these were much tricker and I found they really weakened my natural nail-

In terms of salon nails mine are ÂŁ25 per go and last 3 weeks - ÂŁ75 pm is a lot.

I'm also keen to economise and time save so bought some moyou wraps delivery pending... will they be terrible? I dont know but for ÂŁ12 I decided to have a go

I actually pay ÂŁ25 for my hands, twice a month and ÂŁ25 for toes once a month which is far too extravagant!

I'll stick with Essie for now I think.

I use sassy saints nail dip powders. They have loads of colours and last me at least 2 weeks before starting to chip.
I work in a school so constantly washing my hands etc. so not exactly being gentle on them.
Gel polish would often chip after a week and my finger tips would sting in the UV lamp. My nails are actually in better condition and don’t break since I changed to dip powders. They also sell a vitamin base powder as well as the colours.

Removal is easy, just file them to take the top coat shine off. Put hot water in a bowl with some rice. Put some acetone nail polish remover and a cotton pad in a food bag. Hand in the bag with nails leaning on the cotton pad, and put it in the water. After a couple of minutes rub your nails on the pad. It takes it all off. Less than 10 minutes for both hands.
Some people use electric nail bath steamers to remove it.
