Really annoying - wanted advice on a Next top but can't find it on their website!

Hi,

My MIL went shopping with me last week and persuaded me to buy a top from Next but I am unsure and wondering whether to take it back.

Unfortunately i can't find it on their site to show you
It's a white long top with no sleeves (a sort of round strap at the neck) and it's embroidered with pink and green flowers plus some beading.
the front is viscose and the back is silk.

What i wanted to ask, apart from general opinions, is when and where am i going to wear this top??
It's hardly toddler group/bf group/playdate/supermarket shopping/crashing out in front of the tv-wear!
It cost £30, so, given lack of pic, should i take it back and buy cheap tops from matalan/primark instead???

MIL said it looked good on me and DH agrees but what's the point when i'll never wear it???

nahh keep it. you could buy 2 or 3 cheap tops and still spent £30 and not look as good.
do you go to the pub, out to clubs or just out for evening meal somewhere? im sure it will come in handy, and you will feel good wearing it

thanks l&l - guess i have to keep it anyway in case mil ever says "oh you could wear that top we bought together tonight..."!
don't really go out clubbing and rarely to pub (am bfding ds2 (4mo) and have been pg or bfding for 2.5yrs now!).
go out to dinner with dh tho so may wear it then!
