Where to find 3XL Peaky Blinders suit for DS?

DS wants a 3 piece suit for Prom - ideally 1920/1930s / Peaky Blinders style or similar.

(Yes, I know a tux is more traditional but this is what he wants).

However he's a large lad (think rugby player) and I can't find any in his size that fit that don't cost the earth!

I think part of the problem is we already ordered this suit and it was an amazing price - but the sizes come up small even their largest, a 4XL, didn't fit, when he's usually a 3XL.

Happy to pay up to £250.

Any ideas much appreciated!

Thanks, that's not the same company but it might be the same suits.

We ordered it from Happy Gentleman but the suit was branded Truclothing when it arrived IIRC, which has another website.

I'll check it out, thanks!

Is 48 the jacket size for the Etsy one? When they just say one size, is it the jacket usually? (This whole buying a suit malarkey is new to me!).

I think he's 50" or 52", jacket size, I forget (must check!). I know he wears 44" trousers.

Not nearby, no, but looking at the website, there is one we could travel to for a day trip. It would be great fun if he could try some on.

As a larger person myself, though, I know that most shops in small towns don't actually stock their larger sizes in store (except the supermarkets!). Maybe I could call ahead and ask if they could get some in for him to try? Is that a reasonable thing to ask?

Having to try on at home after buying online is such a pain! We've sent back two suits that didn't fit already, a process taking weeks rather than the minutes it would in store!

Slaters are really helpful. DH uses them as he’s an ex bodybuilder so big over the back and shoulders.

When my lad had his prom we travelled into Coventry where there was a huge suit shop with so many different styles. They were really helpful with finding different sizes and fits whilst he tried loads on. Maybe finding somewhere like that would be safer than ordering online.

In-store would be great. I'm sure DS would really enjoy trying the whole shop a few on, he's really into clothes at the moment.

We're south coast - not too far from Brighton, if anyone has any suggestions!

Online suggestions are still great though!
