Fake tan for my legs

NotABanana · 13/05/2008 20:34

Best one anyone?

Only ever used fake tan a couple of times before. Just want a bit of colour on my legs as I never tan, even if I did sunbathe.

watching how to look good naked and the ambre soleil spray came out top

i'm a big fan of the lancome one, i think it's called beauty flash or something like that. really easy, like super-easy, to apply and gives a teeny bit of nice colour from the beginning so you know where you've been and also don't have to wait around for hours. and it's not too bad for price.

Johnsons is good. Was asked where I had been on holiday yesterday!

AMbre SOlaire spray is awwwful IMO (I'm currently having to live with the results - I look dappled and David Dickinson streaky).

Clarins, Clarins, Clarins. Worth the cash.

I use Clarins fake tan for legs which has a bit of colour when you put it on, then darkens a bit more but not loads. Suits me because I am milk bottle white and not very organised so it means that I can put it on and feel ready to bare my legs straight away. Doesn't go too dark wich suits fair skin and means that any application mistakes aren't very noticeable (she says hopefully!)

AitchTwoCiao · 13/05/2008 20:41

oh yes, clarins is also good.

Been using Johnsons nightime moisturiser one and is working a treat... not too overpowering and no streaks.

ReachOutAndTeuch · 13/05/2008 20:49

L'oreal Sublime gel, applied lightly. Bit sticky for a while but is a lovely colour and only the odd streak where I get impatient

Has anyone tried the Virgin Vie crackling mousse one (think its called Sun Goddess or something?).

I won some on a tombola and wondered whether or not to use it -I normally use Johnsons and find that really good
