Looking for a bra that gives a round shape

Basically what the title says, i keep ending up something that looks pointy under tops and dresses, I'm 34G / 36F and have found that a rounded look, looks more flattering and creates an illusion of being smaller. Never bought a minimising bra and reading posts on here sounds like it spreads them east and west BUTTT happy to try. Also having a thick back strap is a bonus!

All recommendations are welcome.

Thank you!!

Buy a t shirt bra 🤷‍♀️

Toddlerteaplease · 22/03/2025 20:06

Freya Deco is my go too. I’m a similar size.

Screamingabdabz · 22/03/2025 20:08

Fantasie t shirt bras.

Emeraldsrock · 22/03/2025 20:10

Balconette bras I think. I like fantasie and panache.

myplace · 22/03/2025 20:14

Bras with foam cups are amazing. They don’t act like a padded bra, they just contain everything well. So yes, T-shirt bra.

Lavendar01 · 22/03/2025 20:46

Thanks everyone, will look into those, would be great if you could send links of any particular ones you've bought :)

Freya Deco or Bravissimo Niya

Pickledpeanuts · 22/03/2025 22:53

Freya deco, or panache tshirt bras are my favourite

Pinkdaisie · 22/03/2025 23:05

Another recommendation for the Freya deco

Redrosesposies · 22/03/2025 23:07

Have a look at Triumph or M&S Flexifit minimiser. I have tried the M&S non wired ones and they are a lovely shape until I move about and as soon as I bend down I end up with a uniboob but the wired minimiser is lovely. They are like a smooth thin foam.
I usually wear Triumph 38DD but need 40E (non wired) and at least an F or G cup for underwired at M&S.

heidi345 · 22/03/2025 23:11

Fantasie Rebecca.

itsleviosa · 23/03/2025 00:54

Elomi Matilda works for me

They only go up to E. OP is a G/F.

Harbourofdiscovery · 23/03/2025 02:12

Another Triumph fan here, t/shirt bra both the wired and unwired.

Or look at the body make up essentials minimiser bra.

GildedRage · 23/03/2025 02:25

chantelle. unpadded underwire.

They do in bigger cups but for some reason call a minimiser!

AlannaOfTrebond · 23/03/2025 11:39

Panache wired sports bras give the best rounded shape ever, I started wearing them as everyday bras because I liked the shape so much.

glitterturd · 23/03/2025 18:07

For years I only wore sports bras before I had a breast reduction. There were very few minimiser bras then - I was actually shocked to see today so many of the bigger cups classed as that.

Lavendar01 · 23/03/2025 21:19

Thank you for all you responses!

So the most popular ones mentioned are:

  1. Freya deco
  2. Panache
  3. M&S

I went to M&S and picked up the full cup t-shirt bra for £16 (links shared above) and LOVED the shape but I was spilling out and cant get a bigger cup than H :(.. I also picked up the M&S bodysoft full cup t-shirt bra for £20, the shape was abit on the pointy side!

This leaves me to try freya deco and panache, in regard to freya deco is this a tshirt bra also?

Thanks everyone!

Fantasie has many moulded t-shirt bras, try Rebecca or Ana for example.

AlannaOfTrebond · 24/03/2025 11:59

Freya Deco is a t-shirt bra and was my go to for many years.

I started wearing the Panache sports bras as I'd lost weight and whilst sports bras were a non negotiable I was waiting for my weight to stabilise before buying more bras.

The shape of the two is similar, but the Deco is pretty low cut and as a GG cup I got quite a lot of jiggle even when walking, whereas the Panache is a full cup so no jiggle. Both good bras, it's just a personal preference.

Other bras I've found that give a good rounded shape are Prima Donna Madison and my current favourite Empriente Cassiopee - great bras, but eye wateringly expensive!

Oceangrey · 24/03/2025 12:36

I would try the Niya too, goes up to about a K.

suburburban · 24/03/2025 12:49

I like Triumph true shape sensation
