Need some beach shoes (not jellies) that DD's can wear in the sea

Any thoughts. The reason I say not jellies type ones is that they tend to get sore feet after wearing them.

crocs!

sweetaddict · 12/05/2008 14:22

you can get wetsuit type shoes from most of the supermarkets now.

dizzydixies · 12/05/2008 14:22

agree with crocs

DiscoDizzy · 12/05/2008 14:23

Oh now I thought of wetsuit type ones but thought there may be some alternative. Crocs? Is that what they're for. As you can tell i'm a crocs novice.

my dd loves hers and wears them all the time, beach, sea every day. they look cute on kids and all you have to do is wipe them down or dry them and off they go again

donbean · 12/05/2008 14:28

oooh ASDA George...defo, i got some cool spiderman type crocs for my son, they were £5.
there are some gorgeous girl ones there at the mo.

DiscoDizzy · 12/05/2008 14:33

Pumpkin Patch are selling aqua socks which might suit your dds.

Twiglett · 12/05/2008 19:00

decathlon

ComeOVeneer · 12/05/2008 19:02

Check out Lidl next week (or it may be this Thursday I can't remeber), but they are doing wetsuit type beach shoes, with rubber soles for children at a great price.

ComeOVeneer · 12/05/2008 19:03

Here.

oliviaelanasmum · 12/05/2008 19:05

What size do you need as i have a pair i bought last year for dd1 but i dont think she ever wore them. I think they are an 11.

DiscoDizzy · 12/05/2008 19:56

olivia-she's a 10 but thanks anyway.

I've just found out we've got a Lidl only 10 miles away. I never even knew. I'll have a think.

Thanks
