In a Size 8.

This is the 2nd bloody dress Ive wanted from Coast for a wedding in Italy and they keep selling out and I cant get what I want. Will happily paypal if anyone manages to spot one.

apparently not and not available to order that size online either

just ring around all the other coast shops. They all do mail order. I had this problem when I wanted a dress for a wedding, none online and in fact only 4 available in the country. I got it from glasgow and they sent it no bother.

i do hate shops like this. why can't they ring round the branches for you? or at least give you sodding phone numbers and free delivery. grr go somewhere else what dreadful customer service.

My local Coast have ordered for me from 'coast by post' before. Can't they do that?

Tell you what, ring the Cardiff store in the am, and if they've got it ask them to hold it and I'll go in and pick it up for you. Would just go and check myself, but can't get into town until Tues, so would be better if you ring them and reserve it first.

fishie, the phone numbers are on the website, quicker than getting them off the phone.

TBH I found their customer service very good, however i'm sure when I rang I was told which stores had them available (not 100% though)

They had that one at the Coast concession in House of Fraser in Guildford when I was there last weekend - I don't live anywhere near there unfortunately so can't check again, but maybe someone else could??

Have you tried John Lewis in Bristol? JL are SO helpful, they will probably run over the Severn bridge with it for you!

Their tills are all linked too, so will be able to tell you if there is one in a JL anywhere, and then send it to your house, and without postage charge. I LOVE Johnnie Lou-Lou!

Hi, Debenhams in Glasgow have this in a size 8. I saw it today, but I didn't get it in case you'd ordered one from elsewhere.
