What do skin and me/dermatica offer for dark spots?

Currently back on s+m and on baby dose of 0.006% tret plus azelaic acid and niacinimide. Think it's the anti ageing pathway.

If you say dark spots are your biggest concern what else can they offer? Same but stronger or different ingredients entirely? I actually think my uv damage ages me far more than wrinkles, and most of mine are dehydration rather than 'true' wrinkles.

Thanks

Hydroquinone is the gold standard treatment for dark spots, alternated with azaelic acid. Dermatica definitely offer a 4% hydroquinone.

Hmmm, not sure they'd give that to me though as have had both melanoma and bcc on face (blardy sun worshipping). Monderma won't prescribe to me at all with that history, the others will but are cautious. Absolutely understand why

Ah yes, that does make it more complicated and sensible not to take a risk. What about Tretinoin? There’s a really good Facebook group that gives fantastic advice on retinoids and other actives
