Is it time to start summer sandal shopping?

I haven't bought sandals for ages. After a fight with a toe nail fungus my feet have been hidden for ages. But I am all clear, the toes can come out.

I have some sketchers flip flops for everyday slouching, I have some walking sandals for comfort and the commute as I walk a lot. What I am missing is something with a low heel, that looks good on a night out or with a pretty summer dress on my holidays. Comfortable to walk in, but a bit more dressy, not quite party shoes.

I have no idea what is in at the moment, or where to look....I usually shop in next because returns are easy! I have small but fat feet, not particularly elegant but I'd like to get them out again and I'd like a small heel to try to give the illusion I have legs, especially in my summer dresses.

Most feet are horrible though unless they have been moisturised, shaved and pedicured.

I've just bought some Dune 'loupe' sandals - loads of colours and so far fairly comfortable (have been wearing them round the house).

Clarks are always great for sandals you can walk and walk and walk in. Looks like they might not have the full range out yet though.
