Insole for Converse with plantar fasciitis

I suffer with painful feet, if I wear flat shoes I get plantar fasciitis. Are there any insoles that make them comfy? I love my Converse, but the level of pain I'm in after wearing them is just not funny anymore!

I wear Fitflop slippers at home without any problems, Rieker boots are mostly ok and Birkenstocks in summer.

PCSsole Comfort Arch Support... https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0987PT6L2?ref=ppxpoppmobappshare

I have a few pairs of these, I put them in all different styles of shoes, I don't have it anymore, but they worked great and I still use.

No idea if they fit in converse, they fit in my adidas gazelles which are quite narrow.

I haven't tried them but a quick google brought up these which might work www.very.co.uk/skechers-arch-fit-arcade-canvas-trainer-white/1600818701.prd

I would recommend blue spot gel heel pads (various brands on Amazon but Scholl type are probably slightly superior).

I second this

I would also ditch the Converse for a few weeks to give your poor feet a fighting chance!

@CharlotteStreetW1 I agree about changing the shoes. Ever since I got plantar fasciitis about 10 years ago now, all I wear are various types of Sketchers, and Birkenstock sandals in summer (even though yes they are kind of ugly but basically I have decided being able to walk without being in agony takes priority over fashion!)
