How to get dirty blonde hair!

So I colour my hair with wella special blonde and bleach. I colour it directly o to my scalp as I don't like having any roots!
My hair is a really lovely baby blonde. I actually really love my colour, but the other week I saw someone with a dirty blonde hair colour and ever since I can stop thinking about it! I feel like I may want to try something a little darker/more natural than mine.
But how do I try/what do I do? Do I try a toner first? If so what do I look for?
I can afford to keep anything up with the salon. My mum colours my hair for me and I need to keep it that way!
Any recommendations or advice from anyone at all? :)

What is your Natural hair colour?
I bleached my hair for years but I'm a natural dark blonde. I got my hairdresser to match my root and haven't coloured it for over a year now.

I would say my hair is a really dark blonde and I don't quite want it that dark! I do like it lighter but I just want it abit more natural I think after years of baby blonde!

Garnier medium beige or nude medium?

If I were you I'd match the root but foil off some of the blonde highlights around the front just so it's not such a shock.

I have naturally dirty blonde hair and would say you'll need lighter sections /baylage type highlights to break it up. Dirty blonde is defined by the variation in golden blonde/browny tones, whereas baby blonde is more single colour.

I’m a natural dark blonde and I love balayage. Looks so natural and it’s very low maintenance.
