Facial lasers and fat loss?

Hi, I’m considering lasers for skin rejuvenation, but I keep reading that they can contribute to fat loss in the face (due to the intensity of the heat?). Does anyone have experience of this?

I’m 46 and don’t want to accelerate fat loss in my face, but would like something to help me look a bit more fresh.

Any other treatments to recommend? I keep hearing about polynucleotide injections for rejuvenation.

Thank you!

I had the polynucleotide injections, but after the first of three I didn’t continue. I couldn’t face the downtime of blebs on my face and neck, which made me look as if I had mpox, and took 5 days to go. Apparently they do make a bit of difference but as with all these non surgical procedures, I don’t think the results are worth the money and commitment necessary, plus the results don’t last very long. If procedures like ultherapy go too deep, then there is a risk of loss of facial fat- the last thing you want when ageing!
The only thing I do is use a led mask, and I’m considering getting a salon strength version. I feel it helps and has far fewer risks.
