Product to give you a very subtle glow?

I'm 54 and have good skin. I tend to use Erborian CC cream in Clair but want something that I can layer on top to give me a very subtle glow/slight sheen, please? Really want to avoid looking shiny or greasy though.

Please don't suggest Jones Bloody Road Bloody Miracle Balm Crap. I absolutely cannot get on with it, at all. And I hate the smell.

I love Becca's skin perfect or in Rose Quartz. It's like a blush but has a very discreet sheen which makes you look glowy rather than shiny or greasy. It's discontinued, unfortunately, but you can still find it on eBay or Vinted.

Oh, and I've also heard great things about Hourglass Ambient Lightning Powder, but I've never used it. It sounds like a similar product to Becca's.

I rate Givenchy Prisme Libre face powder, comes in a range of shades and finishes. Colours look weird in the pot but all blend together perfectly!

Ambient lighting gave me 'tin man' vibes as it's quite glowy, I got on better with Givenchy

Charlotte Tilbury flawless filter or its dupe Elf Halo Glow. I haven’t got either but have the wand version of the Halo Glow which works well as a highlighter for tops of cheekbones etc.

There is a non-wand version? No wonder I look like a wax work.

Try Trinny London BFF cream - a subtle glow/light coverage with pigments that adjust to your skin tone and SPF30. My go to for years.

Thank you. Do you wear it instead of foundation/CC creme?

The Lisa Eldridge elevated glow highlighter is subtle and gives a bit of life to your skin. I like the Jones Road balms but they are a love or hate product. The LE highlighter seems to suit everyone, it isn’t too metallic a sheen, it looks very natural.

Yes @Arraminta wear the Trinny London on cleansed, lightly moisturised skin. No need for anything else, unless you like to use concealer for a bit more under eye coverage, for example. I use the ‘Lip to
Cheek’ cream colour on top from the same brand (several colour options) to add a little ‘flush’ to the skin.

Thank you. I think I will give it a go.
