Do they (or a similar alternative) go as small as a size 4? (EU 20 I think) Knew a girl last year, her DD was younger than dd is now (20 months) and I know she had some.

Anyone else bought them?

Don't know if you're in London but Zara Home are doing a really lovely fabric version in small sizes and they're currently reduced from £15 to £8.

The furnishings version of Zara (Spanish women's fashion - apologies if you know that!) but they have a great kids section where they sell slippers, sandals, pyjamas, towels and other bits and pieces. The stores are limited though - one on Regent Street, almost opposite Hamleys; another on Kings Road and another on Brompton Road.

I've just realised they've started selling online but annoyingly those sandals don't appear to be on there:
