Any ideas? I had bad PF so went with Air Jordans but they are now broken so looking for alternatives? Also, anyone wear Doc Martens when they suffer from PF?

Hokas seem to be the best for me, but not sure I’m the best person to ask as the PF I had last year seems to be back…

Wear crocs or similar at home, never barefoot and no saggy slippers. Then you'll be comfortable enough to wear whatever shoes outside you want. Also consider buying a nightsock to keep your foot stretched out overnight

Birks and Hoka trainers. Both horribly expensive.

Merrell Moab sports shoes or hiking boots for me. Not had Plantar for years since I started wearing them. Waterproof and great in snow/icy conditions too.

I also like Merrell Moab walking shoes and trainers. More recently have been wearing New Balance 327 and not had any problems

My biggest thing was stopping being barefoot at home and using some FitFlop slippers instead. I didn't change any other shoes, but adding the slippers allowed it to heal itself.
