Help me find a dress like this!

Well behind the times as only just watching The Split s1 but I absolutely love the clothes, especially Hannah and Nina's.
This dress - the shape/style is exactly what I am after for a wedding, it's a perfect shape for me. What do I search for, it's neat and classic and simple but the flippy skirt and sleeves add something.
I know I won't find this dress and wouldn't afford it anyway but can anyone find me something similar?

Here's the Duchess of Edinburgh in it. And it tells you where it's from.

I'd put money on that being an Erdem. Have you tried a google image search? That's usually pretty good for pulling up similar alternatives.

You might be best off looking for second hand versions of the original, because the only flippy skirted dresses in the shops at the moment are knitted which is lovely but probably not wedding-appropriate.

@Justkoko this is similar £125 on Vinted

Wow, I love it but have to step away from the price tag!😯 Some beautiful dresses there but nowhere close to my price range.
The oxfam one is beautiful but too small.

The colour is lovely, defo would want something in the soft summer palette.

I suppose I need to ask what dress type or shape I need to be searching. I've tried flippy and fluted but as a pp says, a lot are wintery at the moment. I want the bodice/waist to be shaped in it's structure, so many dresses are cut straight nowadays and it's the seaming that makes the difference. Like a shift/sheath (?) dress but with an ounce of flounce. 😆

I'd prefer to keep under £100. It's the shape and fit of the dress as much as anything. It's so hard to find dresses that are a little tailored at the waist at the moment. I suppose it's easier and cheaper to cut straight than tailor a dress.

If it's just tailoring at the waist you want, but you can otherwise find what you need, have you considered whether you could put a bit of shaping in yourself?

I have a 12 inch bust to waist gap so have this issue a lot. I find you can usually fairly easily take out 3-4 inches at the waist by bringing the side seams in by an inch each (only involves 1/2 an inch of change because it's twice as thick), and then you can either add some darts on the bust or I often just manage by adding another 2 darts to the back - saves messing round with the front of the dress.

I obviously wouldn't want to punt it on an expensive dress if you're not experienced, but you might be able to try it on something inexpensive from vinted.

The Brakeburn blue dress looks more like the right shape, unsure if the fabric will be dressy enough. Love the colour though.
