Dresses for big boobs

I have big boobs and am a size 14 top 12 bottom Slim legs amd arms but straight up and down shape no waist really.I have a couple of tunic type semi fitted that are nice but last years What suits me!I am more a trousers person but love dresses and there must be one

I want to start a petition to get all shops to make dresses for cup sizes so we could choose 10c or 14DD for example. Especially now when so many dresses have detail or a seam underneath the norks. It is stupid for them to think that everyone who is the same size in clothes has the same sized norks.
