i wore a coat today to hide my size 20 bum..... please advise what i could wear

i do need to lose weight i know that....

but i cant bear to not wear a coat even when it is so very hot....

cant wear sleeveless either

what about a long shirt like this you could roll the sleeves down a little

or more of a tunic style.

both could be worn over a flowing skirt or linneny type trousers and both would be alot cooler than a coat

tunics and shirt dresses are a god send, with a decent pair of jeans and wedges ( alhough don;t read my blister on the soles of my feet thread!) cotton and / or linen... and good accesories...

M&S have got some lovely stuff in and it is reasonably priced

I bought a long linen shirt last year from M&S which I just wear open like a jacket. They have some at the mo I think and they come with a loose belt too. ABout £30

just hate myself when i have a long time to lose some weight, even if i lost just a stone i know i would look and feel so much better,

I have just appalled myself by realising that in less than one year I have put on so much weight that my favourite dress (which I have worn every summer for 10 years!) is now tight and barely fits over me tits! Where it was loose and eleant over the hips it now clings.

I remembered that The No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency featured a woman rather larger than me who always looked really nice (but maybe that was her face!) so I'm going to get it on DVD and see what she's wearing.
