i now have a lovely baby girl and thighs made almost exclusively of cream cheese. advice please MNers. What works?? Evidence-based answers please, i know what's supposed to work, but is it true eg... bodybrushing, water? exercise? i have a juicer, can i juice my way back to marital relations in natural light? i am willing to pay for creams if there is any kind of consensus here??

and please, no tales of it not ever going.

Water. Lots of it. 3 litres a day if you can. And, sadly, time. DD is now 3 and my cellulite has finally gone, but it took its own sweet time in doing so! Immediately post-birth my legs were full of those little red spots that I hadn't seen since i was a teenager - hormonal, perhaps? - but thank God they went within a few months...

Hope your cream cheese turns firm soon...

Hi Tyaca you need to embrace your cellulite ha ha ha, i'm a lost cause i'm afraid! I'd like to think i could drink 3 litres of water without having to invest in Tena Ladies!!!
