bags under eyes

I heard normal moisturiser applied to the skin under the eyes does as good a job of getting rid of bags as specialised "eye cream" does, is this true?

don't know, but will try it tonight!

anyway, do specialised eye creams even work?

I've heard that normal moisturiser makes them more puffy. Apparently, (never tried it but my sister has) haemorroid cream is the best thing for under eye bags as it tightens the skin. I kid you not!
