I should think for that amount you should be able to get a fairly chunky link bracelet, or a thicker bangle or cuff. I like this one; it's timeless and fairly substantial.

That one just looks like a copy of the original Tiffany design so you may as well get the original which is in budget. Looking at Tiffany, this one is also very nice.
