I desperately need to do something with my hair. It's below shoulder lenght. Very fine and dry with wispy flyaway hairs. As a rare treat I get a blow dry at the hairdresser and it looks great.
I would love to hear from those with similar hair and how you manage it. I have a hair dryer and an old straightener. I can't use too much product as it causes dandruff/dry scalp, thanks to peri 😀. What hair stylers/devices are you using?

You need the Revlon one step I think

The older Babyliss big hair one is good too, but it pulls the hair which isn’t ideal as a regular thing

These both give body and shape and are the closest a mortal can get to a blow dry at home

Hi, you might find the information here useful - How to Tame Frizzy Hair.

To me it sounds like your hair is in need of some nourishment, and when at the salon they are likely using a heat protection spray before styling, which could be why the results are better there :)

@theduchessofspork thank you. I'm off to Google that.

@0SkyVallaie that's a very interesting point. I had assumed the hairdresser was using a leave-in conditioner. I'm going to ask her about that.
