I only know of one Boots no 7 line correcting booster serum, remember there was a documentary about it years ago as they tested it in lab conditions. I don't mean reviews and 9/10 people ' feel ' like their lines reduced type surveys. But I'm out of the loop?

Nothing really esp if topically applied tret/
botox etc but they often make the face shiny and not natural.

Wrinkles are just a fact of life

I think the only one that is scientifically verified is retinol I don't think anything you buy from a chemist will be as good, for instance, i get my retinol called retirides from spain, I still after 3 years cannot tolerate it on my chest as its too strong, I brought some cream from no7 supposed to have retinol in it, and can put it on my chest with out a reaction, so I'm thinking there is no retinol in it, or it's not strong enough to do anything.

Nothing. Nothing can stop a person aging. You can try temporary solutions like fillers, Botox - and there’s nothing wrong with them, but I think they in themselves are aging.

just to add, I'm not saying you should have a reaction to retinol, it do take a time to get used to it, I just thought I should of got a little reaction to the no7 product, but I used it every night and nothing not even a little tingel

I’m in my early 60s and started using SPF daily around twenty years ago after growing up and spending most of my life in hot countries. By 40 I’d had a lot of unprotected sun exposure, but wrinkles and pigmentation can’t be entirely avoided as we all know. One thing that has helped me so much is switching from low strength retinol creams (commercially bought - I’ve tried dozens) to higher strength retinoid cream (Tretinoin) which you need a prescription for. Initially I went privately to a Dermatologist but that was too expensive for the longterm. Luckily in the past 5 years or so (not exactly sure how long) we’ve seen companies emerge who basically do what a Dermatologist does face to face, but online instead and that, for me was a game changer. My daughter used Skin & Me for acne problems, now we both use Monderma and are really happy with our results (me for general ageing skin, some open pores and a bit of pigmentation). You can’t reverse ageing entirely, but a modern formulation used daily can definitely make your skin look its absolute best, whatever your age. I cleanse, moisturise and use SPF in the morning and then cleanse and add my Monderma formula at night. It takes some adjustment as it’s an active, powerful ingredient, but they add (for eg) niacinamide to soothe the skin. It’s not for everyone, but personally I won’t ever go back to commercial anti ageing products. Good luck.
