So have you ever, or do you even know anyone who has ever, been worried by dry skin in their armpits? A cardigan to cover bingo wings perhaps... now if they could invent a roll on to get rid of those.....

Those ads are indeed the 'pits'.

I'm baffled by those ads too - surely dry armpits is good - it's moist ones we're trying to avoid with anti-perspirant.

I find the concept of dry armpits truly bizarre.

if you held your arms up above your head like they do in the ads your bingo wings would be less noticeable, I guess

it would also possibly provide them with a workout

I'm glad its just not me-I've always been bemused by those adverts.
