Can't believe I'm posting here but, what to wear for work induction?

Got my letter this morning and dress code is smart/casual but no jeans or t-shirt.
Soooo, in my wardrobe, I have several wrap style dresses, one is red and black print, one is black with white polkas, several pencil skirts, quite a few white shirts, copious shift dresses and a couple of pairs of black trousers, one straight leg, one slighty flared from the knee. Oh and a black blazer. What to wear?
And I don't have time or money for shopping.

Don't think I have suitable jumpers, the only jumpers I own are of the 'dh turned the heating down again' variety, not a good look when you're of the smaller persuasion.
