Trousers for tall 9YO DD

My DD is 9 and is 152cm tall - she is slim and has long legs so we do struggle to find her trousers that fit on both the waist and in length. If she wears something that fits her leg length they’re falling off her, but if we get something that fits comfortably on her waist, they’re halfway up her shin/calf!
School trousers are ok as we’ve found the longer length ones in a size up with adjustable waist works fairly well but jeans/leggings etc are a struggle as they’re not so widely available in longer length.

I used to get her bottoms from H&M as they seemed to be longer legged but they’ve not been that great recently 🙃
any ideas or recommendations greatly appreciated!

I have to buy long length from next for dd12 but they are still slightly short and a bit baggy.

Thanks - I’ve got them for school already and I can see I’m going to have to buy some more again soon as they’re coming up short already!

Since DD was 11 we started buying the XXS (size 4 or 6) Primark leggings. Now she is nearly 13 and size 6 is now getting too short but 6L is very very rare.

I get her school trousers and jeans from there.

I always found Zara good for this.

Have you tried boys trousers? The tend to be cut more generously than girls. Or women's in petite obviously you'd have VAT on top.

Or jeggings with longer socks and boots this time of year.

DD was 5ft 10 by 12 and always tallest in the glass by quite a margain so I feel your pain, she plays rugby and swam competitively so has a teeny waist but muscular, chunky thighs which made shopping a nightmare. Next Womens range was a lifesaver as not all the jeans were skinny like the girls/ teens so DD could wear bootcut or straight which worked better. And once she really hit the taller height their bootcut tailored trousers in tall / extra tall have been a game changer.
