Does anything topical work on broken capillaries?

I'm in my 50s and have sensitive fair skin. Over the years I've been getting more and more small broken capillaries on my cheeks. I got them zapped a few years ago but the treatment was more expensive than I can afford regularly and they came back quite quickly afterwards anyway.
I don't smoke and I rarely drink alcohol so I don't think they're lifestyle related. I'm careful with sunscreen.
Has anyone had any luck with any creams?

I dont think you can do anything with them thats not surgical, other then gat a full coverage, camouflage foundation/concealer

Forgive me for asking but how do zapped veins come back? I had a series of treatments on my cheeks a couple of years ago (cost €150 total!) and the surgeon confirmed that once they're dried up, that's it.

They said at the time that the treatment wouldn't be permanent as new capillaries would break. They advised yearly treatments. Each broken capillary is tiny but there are so many of them that they make my cheeks look irritated even though they're not sore or anything.

They advised yearly treatments

I bet they did.

No help but I would love an answer as well!
I'm considering laser but I'm reluctant as I'm not sure whether it would last

My skin is dry so a heavy foundation doesn't suit me. I prefer a BB or CC cream, but I find that most don't conceal the redness. It's a small problem in the overall scheme of things, but it's annoying.

A green colour corrector should hide the red.

Have you tried IT Cosmetics? They're designed to cover reddened skin.

If you don't fancy heavy coverage. Have you tried the green erborian cc cream or Dr jart green cream (that's not the proper name for it but Google will help you find it if you )
I use both, slightly prefer the erborian one.

Azelaic Acid reduces the redness for me. I use the Ordinary one over moisturiser in the morning & Rosehip Oil at night. Interestingly i've recently lost some weight & it's had the side effect of improving my Rosacea. Mirvaso gel can be used on a night out if redness & parties/alcohol are a problem.

I've had Ipl & laser & it has helped but it's too expensive for me to do regularly too.
I'm much more careful with sunscreen now.
