How do I measure my bra size at home?

Lost a lot of weight and my bras are gaping.
I can't go get measured anywhere so how do I do it at home?

I recall reading on here about a specific method but can't remember the name of it to Google.

Boob or bust I think it's called

That's it, thankyou!

A bra that fits is really good too

Yuti · 08/11/2024 09:42

Hmm.

My bras I'm wearing now are a 36F or FF and the cup is only half full.

That calculator says I'm a 32F

I don't see how I can still be an F cup when I've got next to no boobs left and my bra is half empty!

Because a 32 F cup is the same cup size as a 36DD

Although it just gives you a starting point. It's not exact and different styles of bra suit different boob shapes.

The cup size is relative to back size so 32F is a smaller cup than a 36F

For cup volume; 32F = 34E = 36DD (same cup volume on different back sizes). Also known as sister sizes

The cup size is how many inches bigger the fullest part of your boob is compared to how many inches the band is. So 32F and 36F don't mean the cups are the same size
