Where to buy a good silk shirt?

Since buying an ivory silk satin shirt in The Kooples said, I've decided they are my thing and would love some more. Can afford up to £200.

Has anyone found a lovely silk shirt recently. Preferably, but not necessarily satin. Not black or white (rules out M and S) and no breast pockets. I've considered Boden but I know the quality of their clothes has deteriorated.

Any leads appreciated.

Sezane's silk is (IME) quite flimsy and not quite right. It's not chiffon, but it's such a thin crepe it doesn't have the weight and flow of a crepe, IYSWIM.

There’s a brand that’s usually mentioned on here but can’t for the life of me remember it! It starts with F or T.....I think! None mentioned above.

Quite spendy but looks beautiful I always thought one day. If anyone knows which one I’m talking about let me know but I’m going to do an advanced search to see if I can find it the name.

I have just got a very nice Wyse one from Vinted. I like my Sezane blouses. I have had one from Boden - it was average.

I agree with Reiss, I’ve managed to get a few bits new with tags from Vinted worth a look

Asceno, equipment or morpho+luna....latter mainly nightwear, but I wear their pj tops as shirts.

There was a beautiful Novo cream one on TK Maxx, exactly what I'm looking for, at £59 but sold out. I can't afford £220, but love this Novo one in olive green.

My favourite one was Boden. Wash and wear and doesn’t need much ironing if any.

As @semideponent said, I also ordered one of the Sezanne blouses and wasn't impressed by the quality of the silk. Very thin and cheap looking, even though the style was lovely. I also ordered a Boden blouse recently, having had lovely silk blouses from Boden many years ago. The quality was TERRIBLE.

Definitely worth checking out TKMaxx. I've had a couple of silk blouses from them. They can be good for cashmere, too.

The new Sienna Marks and Spencer collab has a silk shirt in two colour ways for £99. It’s available tomorrow.

Claudie Pierlot do nice silk blouses, as do Max Mara, though their silk usually comes up pricier.

Another vote for Lily Silk. I've two and I have washed one in woolite. Just dried on a hanger.
They are satin and quite thick.

I have this one from Mint Velvet, it has a jersey back but it falls really well and looks good. I wish they had more colours.

Thanks for all the ideas. There are some fabulous silk shirts out there. I've gone for this one as I wanted a classic shape in an interesting colour. Will wear with brown cropped cords or my Toast Annie cropped jeans and maybe a brown suede mini of o find one (that's another thread...)

Lovely choice @DieDreiHexen. Will you update when it arrives? I've looked at the Lilysilk ones online and would be interested in what the quality and sizing is like.

I am in a Lilysilk top today - it's good quality, not see-through, it's been through the wash a fair few times. It's a size 20, and is now loose on me, as I'm more of a 16-18 these days - the sizing is about what I would expect, though, for a 20.

I definitely second Lilysilk - I have a most beautiful silk blouse from them, washes and irons beautifully, good custome service too.

I am partial to silk shirts myself - there are so many in perfect condition on Vinted in the £10-15 range. Jaeger, Everlane, Jigsaw, Massimo Dutti all do really nice silk shirts. I have quite a collection now, which was purchased for very little
