Yes, you can definitely tell.

I only bother with salon pedicures. My own ones just don't look the same. I love the way they take off all the hard skin, and the lovely glossy finish of the varnish

I hardly bother in the winter, but I'm addicted to them in the summer and one every 2-3 weeks.

Chiropodist probably better. I get my pedicures done by a gnarly old Chinese woman and she cuts half my foot off. They look lovely afterwards, though

Completly agree - you can tell a mile off. Varnish is so much smoother, hard skin eliminated and cuticles dealt with.

Mine tend to last for a good 5 or so weeks. Money well spent imo.

5-6 weeks, god mine only lasts a week, if that.
Which is why I only have them done very rarely. I am going ot the wrong place.
