Knee socks for girls - where can I get them?!

My dd is 8 and likes to wear knee socks in different colours with her dresses - has anyone seen any in the shops?

Gap usually have a variety (less so in the summer)
Also, H&M had some last week. Got dd some natty shocking pink argyle knee highs.

M&S have these.
